Dear Robert
I am sorry to tell you that we will be closing our branch in Woking in the New Year.
We have very much enjoyed serving people in Woking and hope that you will be able to come into the store to say goodbye and to take advantage of our 20% off closing down sale which starts on Thursday.
For those of you who are loyalty card customers we’d like to still give you your additional 5% discount on any reductions we make, as a thank you for your support over the years.

Not very good... Always used to get books from there - the staff were lovely, especially when a mate worked there...
