I seem to have a standard format for emails that I have thought out, or have a specific point, as well. But yes, this seems to fit...

I think that should be a standerdised format for all National officers.

I never have and probably never will need to send you an email, especially as NST. But that looks like the standard thing ai put in emails anyway. My writing stule and speaking style has very few things in common.
