Well, the Packers lost :( but England seem to be cruising to victory in the test match. Yesterday, I played cricket and scored my highest ever score! 11! I am pleased about this, though the shot I played to get out was not good.

This year, I have been to two weddings. I've only been to about five before in my life, and I've just discovered that I'm off to another in December. This is...statistically odd.

In other news, I cooked a roast dinner on Saturday, which could have turned out an awful lot worse. I seem to be less terrible at cooking than I have previously believed.

I acquired two CDs over the weekend, The Waifs - "Up All Night" and Thea Gilmore - "Avalanche". Both are excellent. I resisted the temptation to buy the Ron Sexsmith album or the Roseanne Cash one. I was good.

Tonight is band prac, I believe.

Who and when is it in Dec, and have I to set the date aside too? It's not statistically odd - you have just arrived at the age where your childhood friends are getting married. You're a late bloomer in this respect ;)
