So, is the collection of items we want to add called the 'National Addenda' (because there are many items) or the 'National Addendum' (because there's one set of them)? I thiknk it might have to be the first, but I'm not 100% convinced.

The whole thing comprises the National Addendum (singular) as the 6.0 rules supplement is singular.
However, "Addendums" is just wrong.
As is "ST's" in the context of "Ask the ST's".

I'm not sure the singularity of 6.0 makes any difference. This could be one for grammar_whores :) You're right on 'ST's' though. Ask the STs. Yes.
