RBS: Think about what people want to know. Some ideas:
- Namecheck some 'unsung heroes' of CamUK. There's a lot of people do work behind the scenes or for specific events, and not all of them are known about (ask down the chain or on UKG for any informal nominations?). - Do a round up of some of current plots/scene highlights running/that have run recently in the various venues - not a plot-dump, but an overview/PR spin/taster for people who don't currently play in those venues to hear about them and get enthused. - Overview of how we're doing in terms of number of games running and/or awaiting sanctioning. - mention the IGOR project? - Possibly answer some known concerns. That's a bit more of a tricky one - at least be aware of the concerns in case of get hit on them in an 'any questions?' session: eg: * What happened to the POB plot? * What's happening with regards to ANST C/A? [Exhibiting signs of high level Plotfuscate, to the extent he's becoming invisible to players...] * When is 6.0 coming in? * Mutability of the Tome (though that's more the *C side) *... - Thank your ANSTs, your RSTs, your DSTs, your ADSTs, your hapless refs, the players, your mom and dad, Gawd, the President, and the Academy...
Not in, like, a bitchy way, just that I figured if you didn't wanna read my LJ then I could safely take you off my friends list and occasionally check back "manually," as it were.
As someone who only plays a scummy plot-avoidant 13th gen secondary from a camarilla clan, I've no experience one way or the other on how smoothly the C/A approvals chain is working and whether there's national plot being run or anything...
I'm merely mentioning it as it is something people have expressed concerns about, and may throw questions in RBS's direction!

Seriously, above suggestions are all good. Maybe a short description of what you actually do apart from saying No! to silly approval requests, i.e. a day in the life of an NST (the official part, not the kinky bits).
* State of the Nation - How many games now compared to this time last year, perhaps even if we can dredge up the figures talk about how much growth has increased since the previous year.
* Try and drag the ANSTs into saying something about what they're doing.
* 6.0 and what it means for you.
* Ways players can get involved, talk about some of the projects going on and how players can help to shape the chronicle as much as STs
