On Friday I went to play Big Eyes, Small Mouth, which is getting very interesting...Mecha pilots...in Medieval Fantasy Japan...with magic....I dashed off from there to the Electric Ballroom where there were lots of people and I managed to dance to "Venegance" which is always good.
On Saturday, I crawled out of bed too late, frantically put the front room to rights (something I've been putting off doing for ages) and met up with
inquis and
barty in Camden, where I cheerled the "Getting
barty some clothes" mission and was really good and only bought one cd (the new Richard Thompson "Old Kit Bag"). Then I drove (via a slightly circuitous route) to the London CA game, which I believe went well but I rather ducked out...I didn't quite feel ready to play my new character and there were other things that I wanted to do. After the game I took another fairly circuitous route home, for less navigationally-deficient reasons.
Overslept massively on Sunday, then met up with
spikydavid and Adrian and Ben for lunch, then back to the House of Excessive Technology (new name. Any house that has 7 PC's, 4 PS2's, 2 Game Cubes and in which the _spare_ television is a 32" Widescreen is definitely excessive). Then we had a bit of a band practice which had plus points to it.
Now I'm in work trying to get up the motivation to do something rather than sit here and go "bleh".
CD
Haunting is a good word, I think.
Actually...
Final count made it eleven pc's, rather than seven.
Ten, if you specify that they actually have to work :-)
Re: Actually...
The House of EXTREMELY excessive technology.
