It's been pointed out to me (fairly forcibly) that the walls of my house (in particular the downstairs areas), are rather noticeably...well...they're pink.

Now, as I have the DIY talent of an electric goldfish, redecorating is likely to be tricky.

In addition, as I have no motivation at the best of times, I'm likely to leave it for like EVER unless I do something about it.

So....

Here's the pitch....

In return for (likely one saturday) helping me decorate the downstairs of my house (and the landing area) - which is solely a painting job (no wallpaper or complicated floor related things and not the bathroom as I don't know how to Artex ceilings.... I'll take any and all who come out for a meal and a movie, or organise something equally exciting and diverting.

Hmm. I suspect I'm unlikely to get many takers...but....anyone?

Why do I now have the sudden mental image of Rhona in full fairy outfit waving a wand at Robert's walls which then magically turn into the colour he wants?
They might just turn - equally magically - back to pink, though. ;oP

Um...Rhona....you've seen it....what colour do I paint it...

Instinct suggests light colours...um...light green is pukey, light blue is cold, light red is pink, light yellow is elsewhere in the house.

The kitchen we paint barley white, that's easy.
